They have recently witnessed a high conversion of manual amendments to online booking amendments which have resulted in less amendment errors, faster processing and improved service levels.Basis the latest success and further to our Online Booking Amendment Process circular of July 22, 2020, please be informed that effective February 25, 2021, all booking amendments are to be done only through online channels INTTRA and EDI.In order to promote further digitalization, the Booking Amendment Fee will be only applied for manual amendments as per below.
In other words, we will not be charging a booking amendment if it is done online.
