THE Swiss-Italian Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the world’s second biggest container carrier after Maersk, has launched an invoice request website for detention and demurrage charges to facilitate procedures, reports the American Journal of Transpiration.
The process is done by bills of lading, a requester’s email address, intended pickup date, and additional emails or comments.
Once submitted, MSC’s team will take care of the processing request, the company declared.
